Following on from the amazing exhibition of Miss Fisher Murder Mystery costumes last year the National Trust are now exhibiting costumes from the recent film “The Dressmaker”.

To celebrate the opening of the exhibition at Rippon Lea House select guests were invited to a reception with speakers including author Rosalie Ham and costume designer Marion Boyce.

Once the drinks were finished the exhibition was officially opened and it definitely lived up to expectations, if you are even slightly interested in clothing of the 1950s it is highly recommended!

The exhibition runs until the end of and more details can be found over at the National Trust site.
